"Coppa di Testa" Cooked Pork

The product consists of pork head cooked in a bain-marie and put into a “manica” casing. The slice shows firm meat. Different parts can also be well-seen.
Consistency is not elastic. The taste is intense, with garlic. The product is available also on request in giant size in jute, approx 40/45 kg.
Without testiness exalting agents, milk by products, preservatives and any additional polyphosphates.
