"Il Poggio" Luxury Parma Ham
It is obtained by the selection of best thighs of heavy pigs, bred and fed accurately in order to give the characteristic rosy colour and the unmistakable sweet taste, the Poggio raw ham is an exclusive product. Minimum ripening period: 24 months.
The heavy pigs are bred for more than 13 months, following an appropriate diet that gives a better sweetness and healthiness to main product of the Italian butchery tradition.
Also the Poggio ham is available in the Black & White version, that is to say from white and black pork.
